Before booking, please review my policies below: ⸻ Deposits & Scheduling • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment via my booking site. • Deposits are non-transferable and can only be moved with 24+ hour notice. • If rescheduled more than once or with less than 24 hours notice, a new deposit is required. • Please book all services needed (nail art, removals, etc.)—add-ons may not be possible without notice. ⸻ Confirming Appointments • Please confirm your appointment via text/email. • If it’s not confirmed 24 hours prior and I don’t hear back after reaching out, your appointment will be canceled. ⸻ Late Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit forfeited, and the full balance must be paid before rebooking. • New clients: Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice = forfeit of deposit + 50% of service cost + new deposit. • Existing clients: Less than 24 hrs = 50% charge of services booked. ⸻ No Call / No Show • Will be charged the full amount of services to the card on file. • Failure to pay = ban from future bookings. No exceptions. ⸻ Payment • Accepted: Cash or credit card (3.5% fee for cards). ⸻ Before Your Appointment • New clients: Please arrive with bare nails. I don’t soak off others work. Cancellation Policy
Muse Beauty is solely an appointment-based salon and I please ask of my clients that you respect my cancellation and no-show policy. All bookings require a card on file and new clients require a $25 non-refundable deposit. I allow a 24 hour cancellation at no charge. Failure to cancel your upcoming appointment past 24 hours will result in a loss of deposit (new clients) + 50% of services booked or 50% of services booked (existing clients). No-Shows will be charged 100% of your services booked. While I understand that life happens, please keep in mind that I rely on appointments and I’m very understanding of having to reschedule with advanced notice.
